Hey, I'm Meg Walker! 👋 

I'm a 
Strength & Performance Coach and founder of Strong & Prosper.

 

I’ve coached in some capacity for nearly two decades.
Worked with 300+ everyday athletes.
Completed 22 marathons, an Ironman, and hold 2 Guinness World Records.

But none of that matters if I can’t help you train in a way that fits your life.

A 4-Phase Journey to Peak Fitness

Strong & Prosper is built around four progressive phases and three pillars to transform casual exercisers into Everyday Athletes.

Nothing is random within my coaching. Every single detail of my plan is designed to progress you from frustrated runner to resilient, self-led athlete.

Every stage builds on the last. 

Every phase removes friction.

Every step moves you closer to getting Strong & Prosper.

Phase 1: Plan / Progress (0–90 days)

In this beginning phase we build clarity, momentum and a unbreakable foundation that we can keep building on.

This is where everything changes.

Most runners don’t lack effort, they lack structure.

In this phase, we:

  • Audit your current training, recovery, lifestyle and fuelling

  • Build your personalised strength and mobility led endurance plan

  • Establish clear calorie and fuelling targets

  • Identify your injury risk factors and movement limitations

  • Create realistic weekly structure around your real schedule

  • Install accountability systems

This is where you finally stop guessing, cramming in sessions in and swinging between overdoing it and doing nothing.

Physically, you’ll:

  • Improve strength and movement quality

  • Reduce soreness and niggles

This is where we build Capacity, raise your standards and you start to see it show.

  • Develop speed, tempo, and race-specific conditioning
