Hey, I'm Meg Walker! 👋 

I'm a 
Strength & Performance Coach and founder of Strong & Prosper.

I'm not a quick fix coach. I'm a coach who wants to help you get sustainable results that help you progress for life. 


The runners I work with aren't trying to win the race but they are trying to win their own personal race and show up at their best. 

They want to feel capable, strong, and proud of how they are showing up without sacrificing their health, relationships, joy or sanity.

I've helped runners across the world start and finish events strong, get leaner, improve endurance, move better, become pain free, improve their relationship with food, fuel better, recover faster and train with confidence again (often with less time and effort than they were initially putting in, because they finally know where to place it!)

This truly is my life’s work:

  • 10+ years as a strength & performance coach (online + in person)

  • 18+ years across multiple sports and endurance events

  • 2 Guinness World Records, 22 marathons, 1 Ironman (& i've lost count of halfs, 10kms & 5kms)

  • 8+ years coaching, specialising in performance development

  • 300+ Everyday Athletes served, supported, and transformed
